Growing SMEs Conference in The Netherlands

Princess Máxima of the Netherlands will welcome 50+ entrepreneurs from 17 countries during the upcoming Growing SMEs Conference Marketplace on November 15 in The Hague. Princess Máxima will open the marketplace in her capacity as UN Ambassador for Inclusive Finance.

Do you want to support the smooth development of the international conference for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets and all stakeholders involved in their development, growth and finance? Become a Buddy and assist an international entrepreneur coming to the Netherlands during his/her B2B meetings throughout the country.

Winners Announced

The winners of the competitions mentioned below are all invited to showcase at the Growing SMEs Conference on November 15, in The Hague. They will present their plans to international financiers and the Growing SMEs visitors.

Ondernemen Zonder Grenzen 2012

De Investeerdersclub deliberated to select the five winners of Ondernemen Zonder Grenzen 2012 with the most innovative Dutch business plans to create jobs and incomes in emerging markets.

Fast5 Challenge

The Fast5 Challenge identifies high growth companies in emerging markets, showcases them on the international stage and presents them to ready-to-finance investors. From 268 applications, and 23 pre-selected finalists, our jury has chosen five finalists. These five finalists demonstrate potential for growth, a strong management structure and an innovative marketing strategy.

BSC Monrovia Finalists

Since its launch in February 2012, the new BiD Network platform has undergone several improvements, including the addition of new features. One feature we expect to be very useful is the Business Plan Download. It is now possible to download your online business plan to a word document that can be edited and customized offline. Login and check out your Summary tab.

European-African entrepreneurship Award

The European-African entrepreneurship award invited migrant organizations and their members across Europe, to dream up a business plan they could implement in their home country. On 25 August, at the Theater De Regentes in The Hague, the finalists presented their business ideas to the audience. By the end of the evening three winners were announced.
