Mr. Ayub Kalufya

A retired education officer /social worker/a human resources manager . Has been a teacher, a headmaster and held various positions responsible for inspection of schools and Adult education programs at District levels in the central as well as local government. He was chairman of the regional Teachers Service Commission board. He is currently the board member of Tanzania Red Cross Society with advisory responsibility in project planning and implementation of its variious project.
Mr. Kalufya holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education from the University of Dar Es Salaam. He has attended several courses in HIV and AIDS control.
The total experience he gained invoked the idea to establish 'Exploit and Help Nature'( EHENA) an NGO with the capability of disseminating social economic development interventions to the refugee host communities in Kigoma region.

Working with the state mining corporation a subsidiary companies,He was placed at Nyanza Sallt Mines and Pugu Kaolin Mines. Engaged with implementing partners for UNHCR in refugee camps in Western Tanzania, he was a social worker related to health, education and youth organization activities by theTanzania Red Cross Society, Rural Service Program, AFRICARE and the International Rescue Committee(IRC).
