Reno is the Promotions, Communications and Events Officer of the Philippine BiD Challenge
Earned a degree in Management Accounting from the University of Saint La Salle in Bacolod City. Specializes in Human Resource Management and Development , Program/Project Management and Coordination; worked with leading corporations like Negros Navigation Co., Jollibee Foods Corp., Sony Philippines Inc., and Robinson's Abenson Appliance from 1998 to 2004. Joined the social development field as program officer in the Philippine Business for Social Progress or PBSP from 2004 til the present. As program officer, plans, develops, implements, monitors and evaluates various projects of the foundation. Project involvement include: USAID-funded Private Sector Mobilization for Family Planning (PRISM) and the Department of Health's Training for Technical Assistance and Assessment Teams on the Sentrong Sigla Phase II Level II Specialty Achievement Award.
