Anneke is responsible for BiD Network's activities in Eastern Africa, where she works closely with local partners to increase and improve their services; better preparing SMEs for financiers, matching them with finance and thus stimulating entrepreneurship in the region.

Moving from a single country program run from Amsterdam to an integrated regional approach to SME development & investment in Eastern Africa. This is close collaboration with all local partners; working with local advisory teams and identifying new opportunities within the region.

Responsible for the implementation of the overall program focused on starting and growing SMEs, together with local partners in BiD Network focus countries. Advisory focus area: Access to Finance for SMEs and main Country focus: Eastern Africa, Jordan, Palestine and the Philippines.
