Ernst & Young Netherlands and Belgium
Coordinator Corporate Responsibility (CR).
Setting up and accelerating Ernst & Young's Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy in the Netherlands and Belgium. CR is part of Ernst & Young's executive office of the board of directors.
As a knowledge organization, our biggest impact is the quality of our services. This requires widespread knowledge on sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship. A different mindset - internally, within our business - is therefore a crucial starting point.
Nancy Kamp-Roelands and I provide expertise and advice where needed and liaise with external stakeholders. We connect the various teams working on CR related initiatives. We embed Corporate Responsibility in the regular tasks and responsibilities of departments throughout our organization (both staff and client-facing departments).
