Florian Winckler

Florian Winckler studied International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, History and International Law at Heidelberg University. He has a strong background in conflict analysis and international development. Before he joined GEXSI in 2005 he worked for a political consultancy and for an EU-funded conflict prevention project. At GEXSI, Florian Winckler works in the Development Investment section and oversees overall project management
