Macario Galvez, Jr

I am a pediatrician who is in private practice for over 10 years. I am currently Chairman of the Board of the Mission Hospital in Pasig City. Aside from the practice of my profession, I am very much interested in entrepreneurship and the means of helping people rise above their social and financial standing. I am a member of a cooperative hospital in Pasig which is an affiliate of a federation of cooperative health services all over the Philippines.I hope to grow into other business concerns of social relevance to encourage people especially the poor to join into and be a part of progress. My interests include music, video documentary, travel, books on history/art. I play golf, basketball, tennis and badminton, chess; and like to go swimming, snorkeling & diving.
