I lived for twelve years in Costa Rica. During the first three years I worked in the touristic sector in Central America and Mexico.
Afterward I worked with the Dutch Embassy on the International Cooperation Development Department where I was involved in identifying, monitoring and the evaluation of development programs in Central America. Most experiences gained and interested in genderprogrammes and small scale entreprises. I studied Personal & Organisation and Cultural Anthropology, especialisation on poverty reduction. I started study in business administration.
Actually I am working with Plan Nederland in the Netherlands as a programme officer at the Latin America Department, responsible for the programmes in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
