Dr. Pablo is experienced in the use of many alternative therapies. The trials run for the FIRST 21 DAYS of each month, over three months, commencing with a weekend workshop the first Saturday of each month. • When we talk about XYZ-Wellbeing ReTreat Facility, we refer to a location that has medical services, medical staff, nurses and many other professional services, that support more intensive Wellbeing programs in an organic natural setting, with accommodation.
• When we talk XYZ-Wellbeing Franchisor, we are referring to the business that will sell and support XYZ-Wellbeing Franchised Center with specially and highly motivated owner-operated and trained by XYZ-Wellbeing Franchisor. They work from an approved, specially designed Center and an approved location. (INTERNATIONALLY). They do not do medical procedures.

Our Market
Our key markets are twofold:
Intensive programs to maximize results and recovery using a combination of therapies that are out there, but traditionally are not generally well-promoted or used from a Wellbeing Health Retreat facility in Cartagena, South America.
The prevention of serious and degenerative diseases through international workshops, via a network of independent franchised Centers complemented with the services that assist wellbeing.
The Company’s Potential
The ReTreat Facility was envisioned in 1995, and is planned to be on over 250 acres in a beautiful country environment, changing forever the way we look at, and treat, Health and Wellbeing. Many years of planning and testing systems have been completed. With the right environment, twenty-four hour injection of positive attitude, love, care and good healthy food, families using this facility will enjoy the experience. We will make some of the most under-utilized alternative practices available, and do trials on Natural Therapies, and offer this all under one roof.
I like to think of the franchised programs and systems as unique, and as out there as the Chiropractic Industry was not so long ago. They are small centers offering programs and support internationally by well trained practitioners, all working synergistically for one goal, the patient’s Wellbeing. They will be supported and backed up by the state-of-the-art XYZ-Wellbeing ReTreat Facility, in a beautiful natural location, with an array of highly qualified and supportive medical and naturopathic and nutritional team.

XYZ-Wellbeing ReTreat Facility (PROPOSED IN Cartagena, South America)
The ReTreat Facility will provide all the treatments and amenities required by XYZ members under one roof. It is a research facility, and it provides the extra services that XYZ-Wellbeing Centers, the franchisees, do not supply, such as Medical Services.
• It will have up-market cabins & rooms for accommodation.
• It will have a ReTreat Facility and a model of a franchised Center all under one roof.
• On acreage, this organic location will include peace and tranquility.
• It will be a purpose-built facility with 4-star motel-style accommodation.
• It will house the many support staff that will evolve into Business Developers to make the franchise services available internationally.
• It will attract special healers, people from all walks of life that see the benefits of working in this environment, and they will contribute to the services.
Current Status
The drawings for the Re-Treat Facility have been completed and utilize a country American Barn-style building. After the land requirements are known the drawings will be easily completed to comply with local requirements, as well as our mission to be environmentally responsible. Then the plans will be made available for inspection. The design allows for a small starting point, with the expansion of the building to be easily achieved without taking away from the beautiful feel of the building.
The environment will be well looked after and the views breathtaking.
XYZ-Wellbeing, keeping with its mission statement, will utilize environmental and sustainable practices for both the environmental needs and the development.
XYZ envisioned a ReTreat Facility that had the services of Medical Doctors, Nutritionists, Naturopaths, and mind/stress specialists, all working together for the Wellbeing of the client. In addition to the latest System Technologies, we then add in organic food and gardens, exercise with fun, laughter activities and cooking classes; and more, so that we will be well on the way to helping people with…

Then, we will stir in some love with some of the most anti-aging and recovery programs available; add Intravenous Vitamins, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Colonics…you get the picture…a new you, a recharged you, and a you that now understands Wellbeing.
Although the first clinical trials went extremely well, it became obvious that a ReTreat, complete with accommodation, would be better suited, as the business attracted many diagnosed with terminal illnesses. This clinical model ran for 12 months.
