Sara Japenga coordinates the international coaching program of BiD Network. The coaching program of BiD Network consists of approximately 800 international and Dutch coaches who provide one on one coaching to the entrepreneurs on the BiD Network. They assist them in writing their complete business plan. Within the coaching program Sara is also responsible for the account management of coaching partners who provide the BiD Network with very valuable and knowledgeable coaches. As senior advisor Sara is also responsible for BiD Network's activities in Uganda and Burundi, where she works closely with local partners to increase and improve their services to SMEs.
