I am a French investment professional with a multicultural background from England, Egypt and France. I graduated from Exeter University (UK) with a Masters in Finance in 2001 and moved to London to work in the Asset Management industry. After five years of rewarding experience working for two US asset management houses , I decided in 2007 to explore new avenues and move into development finance.
I travelled extensively throughout Central / South America / Oceania and South East Asia from September 2007 to January 2009. During that time I worked in Mexico City for a dutch NGO called Oikocredit which aims to alleviate poverty by financing microfinance institutions and fair trade projects around the world.
In order to complement my field experience in Microfinance I undertook a highly specalised microfinance training program called the Boulder Microfinance Program in Turin during the summer 2009.
My areas of expertise are investment matchmaking, microfinance and equity deal structuring.
I am currently working for the Bid Network in Kampala, Uganda developing our BiD Investor Services project, sourcing entrepreneurs and investor matchmaking.
