Mr. Nyemah is a Managing Consultant of George Edward Consulting (Ernst & Young Affiliate), where he directs the Assurance and Compliance operations. Mr. Nyemah is also the Co-Founder and Board member of Grain Coast Fund Management, a Premier Private Equity Group That specializes in private equity consultancy, and expediting financing of international projects ranging from $1M to $100M. His investment and financial management background along with many years of corporate management experience uniquely qualifies him for all aspects of Asset Based Investment Analysis, joint venture investing, and preferred equity partnership & advisory services. In addition, he sits on the board of Blue Ocean Strategic Partners, Pan African Chamber of Commerce, and served as Adjunct Faculty Member Metropolitan State University, Minnesota, USA, and Lecturer University of Liberia.
Mr. Nyemah is a member of Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), National Association of Corporate Directors, International Compliance Association (ICA), Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Associate, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Investment and Derivative Auditor (CIDA), Fellow of the International Project Management Institute, Fellow Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and holds Series 6 & 63 Licensures of the National Association of Security Dealers.
Prior to George Edward Consulting, Mr. Nyemah was a Senior Director at Global Equity Lending; an emerging lender with over $.5bn in revenue based in Suwannee, GA where he was responsible for building a $5 Million monthly pipelines of deals, and the supervision of over 200 associates. In addition to his investment and financing background, Mr. Nyemah has worked at Robert Half International (RHI) as a Management Consultant, providing financial management consultancy to such companies as Norwest Bank (Wells Fargo), Aegon USA, CIMA Labs, Renewal by Anderson (Anderson Windows), etc.
