I am an Agricultural Engineer, holding a Master of advanced studies in technology and sustainable development and a Specialized postgraduate certificate in Technology and sustainable development from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM, India and EPFL. Before that, I had a postgraduate certificate in Agricultural Hydraulic from EIER Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering. My area of specialisation in Msc was to study the evolution of erosion and run off on tropical iron soil at Saria, Burkina Faso. In addition to Agricultural Engineering, I have obtained a diploma programme in Business development service at the International training centre of ILO, Italy as well which has enhanced my customer relationship and business development skills to a great extent. Over the period of my professional career, I have also attended a number of short courses, seminars and workshops (local economy development and PPP for poverty reduction at ITCILO,Turin) for professional development. I am an author of a number of published research papers I have more than twelve(12) years of practical experience in agricultural engineering. Nearly seven (7) years of my experience is related to soil and water conservation. With my recent study from ILO, I have a track record in the areas of 'Quality Systems& Management', 'Technical Support, Product and Business Development' and 'Customer Support' which includes 'Technical Sales Support'. I am a self-motivated person and possess excellent technical, product and business development, analytical, writing and communication skills. Decision making, problem solving and time management skills have been part of my successful career.
My technical and business qualification and experience support my claims made above that I can not only work in a range of areas which are directly related to agricultural engineering but I can be effective in gender equity social change as well.
