My name is Eduardo Rios. Working in marketing sector Iquitos, Peru. I opened my own agency called VisualNet marketing and Advertising. On the other hand, I've been working in tourism sector inviting unversity and college studends and graduates to visit peruvian amazon rainforest under Desarrollo Amazonico en Peru project.
I'm working for more than 8 years doing different computer services, and building some websites. Under Visual Net I got good clients in Iquitos city. As an example I'm handling motor center account (it's a motorbike store company), then hte Loreto Chamber of Commerce, Amazonia virtual news agency, and any others.
It's a good experience, and everyday I learn more and more due to the constant upgrading of computers and technology.
The other part of my activity here is related to ecotourism. I opened an agency called "Desarrollo Amazonico en Peru", and my idea, and the beginning, was to create a non-profit org. Everything evolved and changed, or good I think, and now I'm handling my own international service for undergradute, and graduate university and college students. This program offers a 4-week time in any community in the amazon rainforest. All participants came here to work in social causes, and the positive in impact is really awesome.
