Mr. Cornelisse is a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Expert with twenty-one years experience, half of which in developing countries. He is specialised in water supply (a/o planning of transport and distribution, demand forecasting, distribution network calculations with computer applications), strategic planning for water utilities (a/o master plans, policy and strategy formulation, demand management), management and institutional development at water sector level. Mr. Cornelisse covers all technical and organisational aspects of public water utility management, water sector analysis and institutional/policy advice, capacity building and technical/managerial assistance.
