Drs J.W. (Hans) Eenhoorn

Hans Eenhoorn has a doctoraal degree in economics from the University of Groningen. In 1969 he started his professional career at Unilever. After an international career in Marketing and Sales (the Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, Colombia) he moved on to General Management. From 1987 tot 2001 he was subsequently Chairman of Unilever in Argentina, Product Group Executive for Unilever's (global) Ice Cream business, Chairman of Unilever in Austria and Senior Vice President in Unilever’s (global) Foods Division. After retiring in 2001, he was invited to join the UN Millennium Task Force on Hunger, one of the ten task forces set up under the Millennium Project. He is also a member of the International Board of SOS-Kinderdorpen and works as a consultant/coach for the career advise bureau “Top Executive Coaching. Mr. Eenhoorn was a member of the expert panel of the BiD Challenge 2005 and currently is a BiD ambassador for the BiD Challenge 2006.
