I started my carrier as a trainee in the Dairy Processing industry and after my initial training of 2 years took up work as a Quality Control Asistant in a milk processing factory.Later joined a company called Dairy Tech[pvt] Ltd where I was engaged in Training & Development,apprpriate Technology Transfer at village level in improving the Dairy base livelihood activities.
Then I got an oppurtunity to undergone training at PTC[DairyTraing Centre -Netherland in 2003] where I got training in cheese production and dairy development.
On my return to my country I started my own little enterprise name LILI Dairies and at the moment producing Mozerella Cheese.In recognition of my enterprise I was awarded the First Runner Up Prize of the National Award for Best upcoming Entreprenuer of the Year 2005.

To make use of my knowledge as well as promoting Dairy activities at rural level we have established an organization called Social Performence Development Centre to expand our activities in establishing a network of activities to develop the Livestock indutry at rural level.
