Presently I am working as a senior consultant Organisational Development with SNV Ecuador (www.snvla.org). Before this, I worked as a consultant on Corporate Social Responsibility (www.goodcompany.nl) and on Human Capital Development (www.krauthammer.com). I started my carreer in the financial sector, first with ING Bank, later with Interpay.
My education is an MBA from Sheffield University Management School and a B.EC from Utrecht Polytecnic. L
