About me: I was born in 1957 in the Algarve, Portugal. I have degrees in both Chemistry and Physics. Have worked in journalism, academia, strategic business consulting, and government. I have expertise in intellectual property issues, in particular patents and patent information, optics and solid state. I am also a trained thrid-loop-learning coach.
In my freelance work I have had mandates that involve personal development, business development, intellectual property, and policy setting.
The kind of work that I like best involves bringing together whatever resources are needed to create business experiences that empower all stake holders. That is, when I am not busy writing fiction.
tensoriana is an ongoing project of which I have not yet written much about, and published even less. I have spoken and shared the vision of what tensoriana is brewing to be with many of those around me and I am rather happy to see that it is indeed catalysing a new approach to business, or it could be that it is just one of the many simultaneous expressions of an emergent phenomenon which I call the economics of affluence.
I also have a keen interest in social software and in exploring the new ventures that the powered internet puts at out fingertips and on our screens.
