The Business
Our product is patented system or technology. We contract for sale this "zero-waste" recycling facilities (MRFs) for cities, hospitals and industrial companies.
The MRF will convert the residual wastes into inert and high quality consumer products like concrete hollow blocks, roof tiles, energy pellets, and agricultural products e.g., organic fertilizer, (erosion control), also fuel pellets.
Garbage will be turned into cash.
The passing of RA 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000, which required to close all open dumpsites.
Our zero-waste process technology is the best solution to the problem.
We have a patent of International Class - B02C 23/14 in the Philippines Patent Office.
This is our expertise. We have team of engineers and technical support personnel for the precision in the fabrication of this custom-built machines.
The company has the nessesary equipments, power tools, logistics and suppliers of the quality steel materials, motor parts and other needed component parts.
We fabricate machines package for MRF plant.
Our negotiations now focus on government accounts like cities and municipalities as the demand of our technology is at the right time.
We negotiate with the mayors, the vice mayors, the technical group for solid waste and city council. We show and explain how the technology sustain by itself.
We explain that this zero-waste technology will solve garbage problem, will generate employment and has potential to return their investment (R.O.I).
The LGUs or cities, hospitals, and industrial companies with waste disposal problem are our potential market.
The buyer of the MRF will sell the by-products like construction materials to the public, housing project developers, contractors, as well as private companies.
The bio-degradable part will be converted into organic fertilizers and will be marketed to farmers. MRF can produce fuel pelllets for household or industrial use.
We have no direct or "apple to apple" competitors as our technology is unique and patented.
Our competitors like incinerators and sanitary landfills are very expensive technologies, need large land areas and cannot guaranty long term environmental safety.
Our zero-waste process technology is patented. This is the only zero- waste technology that has the lowest price among alternative technologies. Our MRF Plant needs only 1 basket-ball size housing in 1 hectare land area in terms of volume/capacity of garbage to process.
The company through research and innovation has perfected the concept of Zero-waste process technology. In reality the dirty, degrading garbage industry is being converted into a decent and productive industrial activity. From waste to construction material, waste to organic fertilizer and waste to green charchoal or fuel pellets. This organized system for the recovery of recyclable materials is a product of research and constant innovation.
Our MRF Plant in Cavite City is now in operation. The once closed dumpsite has been replaced by our Zero Waste Process Technology.
This contract with Cavite City will be the starting point our our growing industry. Forteen (14) cities have expressed their firm interest for negotiation. We forecast that we will commission more than 10 recycling plants after 3 years.
We have one (1) private entity offered us to install our MRF to process their industrial waste then they will pay tipping for every kilo of industrial waste being processed. This is a very big opportunity but we need investors to partner with us for this project.

I am a political science graduate. In year 2000, German business group commissioned me as a researcher for Agrotect a Bio-gas and Bio-diesel project for Philippines. In 2006, I was a representative of GeoGreen Inc., to present and transact business for cities and municipalities. I was trained by CESO or Canadian Executive Services on Business Advisory for Rural Enterprise Development Program for poverty alleviation projects.
The exposures to different fields I had is a living testament that I can run the business sustainably. The Company will recover its investment after 3 years.

Our recycling plants (MRFs) will need more workers to operate depending on capacity & will employ more than 100 workers by next year.
The business will provide a decent source of income as we offer rate of industrial standard.
We can avail of Carbon credit for we can process 200tons up of garbage per day. Dumpsites or landfills are not needed so no danger of leachate that will contaminate our water table in the future. We save the environment.
