The annual Business in Development (BiD) Challenge Philippines organized by Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) accepted expert volunteers to evaluate the submitted entries this year.
PBSP, comprised of 240 large, medium scale and small businesses, tapped its member companies to support this year's BiD Challenge by lending their expertise in assessing business concepts.
Professionals from PBSP's member companies such as Citibank, Accenture and Shell accepted the call and will be part of the team that will evaluate the business plan entries.
The volunteer assessors are knowledgeable in business development, financial marketing, financial planning, marketing and sales, will also give their insightful and constructive feedback to the participants to further enhance their business plans and ideas.

What is BiD Challenge Philippines?
The Business in Development (BiD) Challenge Philippines is a business plan competition, which aims to generate new and innovative business ideas that combine poverty reduction and profit. Viable ideas are matched with potential investors.
Why participate?
Participants can: (1) receive personal and professional coaching to develop a solid, bankable and complete business plan, and (2) get exposure to a network of Filipino and international financiers, investors and other business contacts.
Awards and Prizes
Over Php 1 million worth of prizes
- 10 winners will receive start-up capital from Php 1million prize money pool
- Top 2 winners will be sent to join the International BiD competition
