The Entrepreneur & Management
Currently we are a new company, therefore we keep an open mind to new ideas. We have an open communication and transparency policy.
We are open to new partners who are interested in joining our mission of developing global networks that will help communities gain crucial business skills.
We believe with everyone's participation, this will act as an engine to sustainable economic growth which is the most effective response to global poverty.
My motivation are not business related, I made a promise once, that I will do my best in whatever I believe is right for the development of my country - Tanzania.
As long as I believe in what I am doing, this will be done.
I believe everyone is on this planet for a reason and that is why people are created with different capabilities.
It is necessary for me to accomplish this project.
I am already spending at least 15 hours a day average on the project, so I expect this will remain the same. Therefore 100 -105 hours a week.
I simply love what I am doing, it is part of me.
Development
First of all, in order to ensure sustainability of natural resources in various areas of my country people have to be able to earn a living in diverse ways.
Currently, in the first target area Makongo Juu, villages do sand quarrying for a living.During rainfall there is a lot of erosion and when the the water settles it collects in pools-breeding Malaria Mosquitos.
People are endangered and agriculture threatened due to leaching of soils.
