LPG.
Patrict you had insuinated that you looked around the country and you questioned for the supply of LPG. Now you are talking about autogas.
My answer is that we have not invested in Autogas yet, however it is our future plan of installing autogas stations in Uganda as well. If you have such a car you might reconsider staying for a while, our plan is to deal with autogas in the next three years.
So looking forward to hearing from you if you have any further questions about LPG in Uganda
Mr.

Hi,
Nice hearing from you and learning that you are already in business. Coming to
uganda is not a big deal but you need to be a little structured with the
benefits of your coming.
Tell me more about your progress in the business? What is the turnover? Is there
any innovation you would wish to learn from Wana?
I have connection with an lpg association in Lagos and another guy in Enugu
state who is in advanced stages of writing his business plan.

Dear Adesina,
There is no need for you to come to Uganda at this moment in time. What you need to first do is tell me how far you have gone with your business? The stage you are at? Do you already have sales? If so how were you dealing with those sales. If only selling how do you get to your customers. If you are in early stages where do you need help most. I have guys in Lagos tell me where particularly and I will get you that help. I have one of your own in Enugu who is so far doing well. Let me know and I will do the needful of connecting you.
Otherwise Happy New Year.

Hi Emmy,
I'm suprised you have not quoted Ramco Gas as one of your competitors. Any reason?
Re: LPG
Alex James, 30 Dec 10, 20:13
Hi Emmy,
I'm suprised you have not quoted Ramco Gas as one
of your competitors. Any reason?
Alex only if you did not read my profile clearly. I did include Ramco in there. Or if you read Ramco but you presented your thoughts differently, then my simple explanations are Ramco copied from us the door to door supply system hence considered as major competitors at the moment. But if you wish to know there are about 50 companies either acting as marketers or importers of LPGas
LPG
Hi Emmy,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I did read Ramco on your profile however Ramco Enterprise and Ramco gas are not the same company. They are two completely separate entities. From my understanding Ramco Gas is a registered trading name of Ramco International.
Nonetheless I do not wish for this response to be perceived as a dispute or a disagreement. We are a Private equity Investment company based in the UK. We are exploring the possibilities of investing in companies within the Sub Sahara region, particularly in Uganda within the energy market.
I would like to see a list of competitors within your industry. Can you advise on how I would be able to attain such information?
As you can appreciate it is not particularly easy to obtain such information.
I look forward to your response shortly.
