What is your product/service?

Mobilia Industrial SAC is dedicated to the design and implementation of specialized stores and retail chains, which consist of integrated design, layout, construction and implementation of the furniture store, being ready for operation. This is due to increased retail demand such as Ripley, Saga, Totus and other department stores and investors to Peru

Mobilia Industrial Company,satisfies the need for new investors in retail stores, due to increased demand for modern services to consumers in Peru.We will be the first company in this item in Peru.

How will you make the product/service?

The company has 2800 m2 of local and modern machinery and sufficient for the manufacture of products by 100%, all processes are made from design, fabrication, painting, packaging and distribution, cutting machines, bending, press Eccentric, welding MIG / MAG, for arc furnace dust electrostatic painting. We also have an area of design and product development with specialized persssonal.

Explain how you will sell your product/service (marketing strategy) and how you will reach your customers (distribution strategy)?

Mobilia Industrial SAC to provide customers with the current implementation of the new line also will make the formal presentation to potential customers through direct contact breakfast business and reshape the web site presence in magazines and events business specializing in retail. To whom are you selling, what is your market?

Mobilia Industrial sells to the state and private companies. In the retail area are the target market large retail chains that have entered Peru, interested in investing due to the continued growth of the Gross Domestic Product, which has generated an increase in per capita income and the demand for retail stores, which makes it attractive investment. Mobilia Industrial Company will be the first Peruvian company to meet this new business growth.

Today in Peru, there are no companies in the business, competition is composed of foreign firms in the Chilean and Argentinean origin, there is an unsatisfied market due to a growth of 30% per annum of the market and the retail entrepreneur sees an opportunity to join with Success in this new market for Integrated Design and Implementation of retail stores, give the client an integrated service.

The owner of the company is Mr. Prado Aron, is Manager of the company, dynamic person with great vision and entrepreneurial flair, has been President of the Association of Metal Mechanics Industrial Park Villa El Salvador, President of Pymeadex, The Committee on Small Business Chamber of Commerce of Lima, also owns the company Acrimetal, manufacturer and exporter of mannequins.

What specifically makes you and (if relevant) your management team most qualified to build this business?

I am a motivator and has over 20 years of experience in business management, with a degree in business administration, leadership and group management with social responsibility.

Also the company has trained and motivated staff to manage the business and technical personnel with experience to join the new challenge of the company is the Design and Implementation of retail stores..

How much time do/will you expect to spend per week in the business?

The entrepreneur devotes 60 hours a week to the business, always looking for alternatives to new markets on the Internet, when it comes to public tenders, cultivated contacts with institutions.

How does your business improve the local living standards (social and environmental)?

In our company, there is a constant concern for staff training, support our district in various activities to benefit people, also 95% of our staff come from the district of Villa El Salvador of Lima city.

We must note that the district of Villa El Salvador, is an area of Lima with a high degree of poverty, the sister city of the Netherlands in Amstelveen cooperation on a municipal, environmental and social issues.
