Industrial modulated System Multispace 2000, wil develop in 4 stages:
1.Wall subsystem production plant: Multiblock, in operation, comercializing to local builders
2.Real state proyects, specialized in popular housing, some are negociating
3.Implement of the rest of subsystems, creation of the complete industry
4.National and international franchises

We have designed and mounted the first prodction plant of Multiblock, also the basic moulds for wall blocks based in patent designs
This is an semiautomatic plant and has a quality process, from raw material selection to controls of final product
It had been incorporated techological develpments, specally in dose and curing
We are making pave and wall coverings, also

We are using concrete to produce Multiblock

I have more than 30 years in the construction atmosphere and I count wiht ideal contacts that are already interested
Supported by the company formed we are bringing to light to professional builders that want to include our system advantages to their projects
Also we are negociating real state projects, specialized in gray work
There are goberment and non-profit organizations serius interest

To whom are you selling, what is your market?

Housing deficit is more than a million of units and every year rises
Our market is focused in two main clients:
1 Builders, that know the the market and are giving solution, it will generate sales and product exposure to final user
2 Private real state projects for middle, middle-low and popular houses, it will increase our profits and will let the market know our system massively

Cosntrucction in Ecuador has not changed in years, there are some bussiness and professionals that offer dwelling, carried out in base of traditonal construction, are having successfull in spite of difficulties that this system creates. They are an important competence that can transform into ally

Personnel is rigorously selected, we look people with initiative and capacity of learning

I form the company industrially and I have the experience to do a successful bussiness
My partners have great knowlegde and experience

Production is in charge of a professional engineer to garantee the product quality

11 years I have dedicated my time to this project. I work around of 60 hours per week involved in administration, production and comercial stage
