JEPA ELITE CENTER

Education is one of the most important determinant factors for improving livelihood and raise quality of live for mankind. The experience shows that orphans and vulnerable children are the most disadvantaged group in the country. Education at primary level is free, but at secondary level one has to pay and this is an area where JEPA Elite Center feels that there is a need to support the poor and marginalised young people who cannot afford secondary education even if they are qualified.
The project aimed at providing secondary education (O and A level ) short courses and tailor made sources. At the secondary level, it intends to enroll 80 percent student coming from the parents who would be able to cover full school fees and other contribution as may be agreed upon by the School Board and the parents. 10 percent will be orphaned children especially the double orphaned or those who have lost their father (paternal) and the mothers cannot afford taking their children to secondary school where they have to pay fees, 5 percent would be poor and marginalised children coming from the poor family, while another 5 percent would be those with disabilities especially the physical disabilities. In total the center is expecting to sponsor 20 percent of its students every academic year.The project will make profit from the fees paid by these 80% of the students who will be enrolled. Not only that, the project is aimed at having other activities such as poultry keeping, vegetables and fruits rowing such as pineapples, oranges, pawpaw and passion. The center intend to keep few milk cows which will produce milk for school use and primarily produce cow dung for biogas production. The raw materilas are always available since children need to go to school. I have already researched on the suppliers of office materials as well as lab equipments. The staff will be recruited from the Universities and colleges together with others who are freelances

I will have potenrtial customers because of the uniquenes of the project. This project will involve stuidents from all overthe country. According to the research that i have done, Bagamoyo has shortage of high schools and centers which teach short courses hence Jepa Elite centre will provide that. The design of the project aims at making students become innovative, disciplined, creative and very familiar with information technology. The project also aimes at providing education to the less fortunate ones hence there will be enough suplly of them.

The marketing of the project will be based on advertisments though media such as television, readio, newspaper, websites, handouts such as brochures and flyers advertising the school.

The competitors i will be facing maily will be Marian Girls high school, and cornellius. I believe to be better than them and capture more market since the schools are only single sexed but this one will provide co-education. Jepa will have short courses suych as tailoring which is not taught in other schools. The schools do not have enough combinations as compared to this one. The schools aims at training students to be good in ICT from form one since this is the future of the country and many schools do not teach that. Jepa is located at a better environment with more facilities and will have best practised trainers.

It provides education to everyone , we give priority to the less fortunate and disabled ones. It will provide also provide short course and will be the centre for Information technology training

JEPA Elite Center is a center that aimed at providing secondary education which is a crisis to this country. There is shortage of schools hence this will enroll more children to school.Its main objective is to compliment the governments’ efforts in addressing the poverty and raising the economic power of the poor and marginalised youth boys and girls. This project also creates employment opportunities to both professional and non professional people, and opening up opportunities for poor and marginalised section of the population to access education. Not only in the schools but also those people surrounding the area will be motivated to establish businesses nearyby which will provide goods to the students. a country with educated people is a developed country. The project will breed new genration of eduacated Tanzanians hence will lead to development of the country at large.
