The Business
Participatory enterprise management trainings package will be main service of the business.
Through service charges the profit will be generated.
SHGs is willing to pay the service charges for a time bound programme to achieve their sustainable livelihoods.
Buliding capacities for Micro enterprise clusters to produce world class product/services and have to monitor the SHG clusters with my ten innovative tools like:

I need 10 top management professionals those who worked long with multinationals and faced copititive market challanges. On the other hand there will be 20 skilled management professionals like MBA and M. Tech those who will work hard interactive with the cluster members within the framework of "Enterprise Global Bengal" model.
My target market is SHG cluster members and geographical area will be covered by the service is in the Haringhata Block in the state of West Bengal, India.
My target group is SHG cluster members. They have already linked with banks and involved in some un-organised micro enterprises. But they do not know the contemporary market compititiveness at all.
The raw materials are adio visual instruments, printers, own transport and other training materials which is locally just.

The challenges faced by me are dynamic. Day by day the business environment is getting increasingly complex and globalised economy is providing more opportunities along with more challenges. My business model would interact in depth with stakeholders to face contemporary business challanges by building their capacities in corporate vision, corporate strategy making skill and improve upon the community management.
It is low-income-people oriented community based enterprise and involvement of stakeholders of the service industry from all parts of the society those who want to take part in a fare trade business with the support of TQM, social human brand "HUMAN" and IPR.

Last 25 years I do working as a social entrepreneur.
I upgrade myself through verious online and onsite management courses and as wel as work hard with multiferious small product/service industries. As required in today's market demand I feel that the demand-supply of the business concern the different septs required to bring a solution to end-clint including product/service development, production, distribution and marketing/communication is related to the focus of compititive market based strategies. The quality and cash flow of the business is to be monitored in compitive mode.
I learnt from my experiences that compititiveness is the only key to touch a sustainable product/service enterprise and that must be dedicated one. The teamwork of the business must be TQM oriented and should be updeted in regular basis. Nagative impact of unproper monitoring of the business process is high to the sustainable business model.
Development
As because the business model is a community enerprise one through world class participatory business management training programme within a time frame and there will be direct and indirect local employment and generate income to face the comtemporary business challanges that will touch the sustainable livelihoods.
When the stakeholders would complete business management programme they will know the required changesin their strategy so that they do not get wiped out in copetition with foreign companies and they must rise local income.
The product of the SHG cluster will be world class through strategic marketing and income generation would continue by which they achieve quality living standards.
Primary education is a must for all SHG cluster members within three months from the starting date of the programme by which they interact in the participatory business management programme.
Entering into a world class business management programme to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger and to achieve education the members of the micro enterprise clusters gradually increase their income and give education to their children development impact could be watch near by the community and also outside the community within a short.
In the long run we must see a environment friendly better community and it will work for next generation also.

While going through the business paln, it came to my mind that even in this competitive,professional and problematic world, HUMAN knows how to dream. The plan is so subjective that investors could never find the intrinsic value of the business. Do the entrpreneur kindly take further initiative in finding out the same. The plan categorically emphasised a world class business management programme to eradicate extreme poverty. How the cost for imparting this world class business management programme will be covered is not clarified. Moreover pass outs from such world class Institutions may not be interested to do poverty eradication job . The plan is silent on how this interests will be created. Present day's salary for these pass outs are on an average Rs.7-8L per annum. Could HUMAN in reality, not in dream, cater this range. Moreover the quality of education in the states concerned are not worth mentioning at present. With these poor quality of output will it be possible to move the huge burden of poverty. Quality trainers are required to do this type of service. Numbers are very few. At initial phases the paln is a replica of our movement against illiteracy through" CHALO PARAI, KICHU KARE DEKAHI". The movement is a great success and we illiterate now knew how to do our signature. But thts only. For official record purpose we are all literate.Not more than that. Could the concerned entrpreneur explain what extra mileage this business paln will achieve in eradicating poverty in the form of illiteracy. After globalisation world market is open. MBAS/MTECHS now a days hate to join lucrative Govt jobs also. Against this background Plan is silent how these class of students will be attracted in poverty eradication and that also when majority of us believe that only FOOLS DO SOCIAL SERVICE. Like these there are so many unexplained features in this paln. Plan is vauge in nature and further studies are required to know its financial feasibility.
