Compared to a decade ago, the amount of partnerships for sustainable development between governments, businesses and NGOs have grown explosively. Although we have learned alot about their diverse characteristics and processes, their outcomes are still rather hard to pinpoint. Evaluation is a tricky business, especially because of the different evaluation criteria used by the different actors.
