The Global GEA Academy

Our Regional Metamorphosis initiative already seems to get viral. Next to Consciously Evolving Eem Valley (Amersfoort NL region), we have two regions in California, one in Canada and one in New Zealand in the making.

Complementary to this we co-create The Global GEA Academy (formerly known as The New Academy). GEA stands for Guild of Evolutionary Architects.

GlobalGEA is an emerging global web of evolutionary architects (EAs) committed to developing themselves and their work in a way that maximizes their collective contribution to the emergence of an age of conscious evolution.

GlobalGEA focuses on growing ‘guilds’ of evolutionary architects committed to developing and spreading the special expertise required to support societal metamorphosis at all levels of system.

GlobalGEA is a commitment to promote and support those initiatives that enable our social systems (neighborhoods, communities, organizations, institutions, regions, governments, etc.) to grow their capacity to consciously evolve themselves in ways that increasingly contribute to the well-being of their immediate and extended stakeholder families.

Evolutionary:

If you’re passionate about your own transformation and equally committed to evolving the world, I have news for you: You’re probably an “evolutionary.”

In case you haven’t heard the term, an “evolutionary” is someone who understands that the transformation of our world depends on our willingness to evolve ourselves—and is committed to making that happen.

So we have two mutually reinforcing capacity building initiatives:

• Regional Metamorphosis Initiative — Developing a region’s capacity to promote and support its myriad social systems (neighborhoods, organizations, communities, governments, etc.) to self-evolve to ever-higher levels of contribution to the well-being of life.

• Global Guild of Evolutionary Architects (GlobalGEA) — Growing a worldwide web of social architects, entrepreneurs, providers, angels, thought-leaders, activists, etc., all committed to supporting each other in serving as mid-wives to the metamorphosis of our social systems in general and regional metamorphosis initiatives in particular.

The Regional Metamorphosis initiatives will provide GlobalGEA with the regional laboratories needed to demonstrate the art of the possible.

GlobalGEA will provide individual regional metamorphosis initiatives with expertise, stories, tools, etc., most relevant to their specific local needs and aspirations.

It is The Global GEA Academy’s heart felt mission and vision to educate and support entrepreneurial and organizational change agents/evolutionary architects, who are committed to create True Wealth and Well-Being.
