Foreign nationals and Non Resident Indians who would like to invest in India or would like to start new business or would like to invest in already established businesses or want to build partnerships with any company/business in India
To help investors and foreign entrepreneurs on these activities and more, last year we have started an advisory and guidance venture In India. On behalf of this venture we provide advise or guidance to help any nationals to get to know India better (culturally, geographically, lving conditions in different parts of the country, cost of living), land and climate suitability for starting different businesses, local governmental negotiations for business registrations/approvals, identifying skilled employees, employing rural workforce, identifying the opportunities for various investments in India, providing contacts as needed for different works/activities etc.
I have been actively involved in Rotary International activities for the last 20 years. I have conducted numerous (120+) rural and social welfare camps in southern part of India. My self and my fellow Rotarians have implemented many social welfare schemes with our own contributions as well as donations from national and international bodies.
With the growing Indian economy and Indian government's liberal trade policies, many people from many countries have been trying to start businesses or invest in established businesses in India. Some of them would like to contribute to the development of rural areas and there by get to know different rural areas in India better for future business purposes. Some of them would like to invest in booming financial institutes in India. But they don't have any contacts in India and hence were wondering on how to do those activities.
To help them, we have started this venture. We currently have 8 people who are utilizing our services many of whom are from USA. We are helping them in investing in India, partnering with local businesses to market their products and identifying suitable areas for different types of business ventures.
Details of my fellow Rotarians who are part of this venture and who will provide their services to you as part of this venture:
1. RadhaKrishna Murthy - Retired Professor of local university in Public Administration and Management, Past President of Rotary International, Have been associated with Lions Club and Rotary International for the last 20 years, Past President of National Philatelic Association, Author of many books on education, constitution and other general topics.
2. Anil Kumar - Post Graducate Scholar, Lecturer in a local Degree College, Member of Rotary International for the last 10 years, Organized many cultural events in the districts bringing social awareness on many topics in this part of India.
Sicne we all have been involved in social welfare, profit is our second objective. Hence the venture we started is named 'Profit Second'. Our charges are very affordable and are meant to cover mostly our operating expenses (office, communications, travel etc.).
We will also be interested in buidling partnerships with you if you would like us also to be involved in your business ventures or investment activities in India. Also we are open to buidling new contacts with any marketing channels in India and Internationally to market products in India or other countries.
