our business plan aims the manufacturing of butter from walnuts which are widely available in my country,for home market and for foreign ones, this product namely the butter made from knob allows the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products,beauty care products and alimatary ones.Morover, it both create job and stands up for home because the washing water is very requested by population on account of its reliabilty to make strong bricks and both stand up to rain and to white ants.
The Business
The deal will consist to produce and to sell the butter and the craftsbricks on the spot.One part of butter would be exported.More we shall promote the tranportation of goods from countrysides to towns or conversely.
Our customers are the families in countrysides and in towns. The next customers are the industries.They 'll have to pay on account of the quality and of the availability and proximity of the product.It's about a natural product which is commonly used dy the population but it is not still available.The butter is a suitable production in sub-saharan Africa.
I'll have some shops with any assistants and I'll do the tour of the business premises and I'll look for business partners on line.
Our conpetitors are the average producters.We are going to collaborate with them to do better so as to attract and to keep our customers and to make the channel more productive.
- April-June 2006 : prerequisite operation of the foundation and purchasing of raw materials; starting of the foundation,registration of " R C C M"
- July2006: purchase of the transportation of material which are adaptable for the foundation and starting of the jobs.
- August2006-july2007: continuation and the close of the works foundation and of fittings; recruitment and training of the executive staff; situations vacant.
- August- september2007: reasonable lateness;continuation of the service(transportation).
- October- december 2007: begining of the production and constant appointment of the employees; probable sale
- January 2008: intensive production expansion of the research, exchange and association with the others enterprises.
Development
We are going to sensitize and to recruit and also to train some country folks so as to equip them with any means of displacement. In the first two years 45.000 euro will be used to buy the raw material to the rural suppliers,and 42.000 euro will be used to pay the employees. In addition to that a drilling will carry out and will supply the enterprise and also the villagers.the raise in salary will certainly improve the eating and clothing habits and also the health. this can upgrade the habitat and children schooling too.
In the long-term I project to have more than 500 employees.So I'll promote one limite liability company or one business corporation which can locally product beauty care product and others.
