Our principle objective is to provide leveraged finance to enable our co-investors to buy the companies they are currently managing through a management buyout ("MBO") or, alternatively, to assist a group of investors to acquire control of a target company through a management buy-in ("MBI") or leveraged buy-in ("LBI"). In addition to this, we also provide finance to fast growing owner- managed companies which need development capital to finance their growth.
