Some day you’re working in your own business and one of your partners shows to you, his new “own” business idea, but wait a minute. You told him that idea few weeks ago!
Ok, this is a commonly case, in matter of fact is more common than you think. You talked with many friends or business partners about your business ideas and several time after that, you heard about that innovative idea used by your business partner, was your idea! So, what do you do in that moment? How to deal with that?
Here, I like to share with you some ideas about what can you do if you’re in this situation and of course, beats him is not a good idea.
Work over the idea. Ok, your friend or business partner takes you idea in his own favor and now he’s making money meanwhile you're just watching him at the other side of the river, but remember. You were the original owner’s idea, so you can work over that idea, learn about the mistakes of your friend, and of course correct them before you need to pay it. So here's you could say thanks to your friend because he started the business and he made mistakes, many of them for sure and that shows to you about the risks of the business, this could helps you to make corrections to the original idea and probably work in a different way.
Change your perspective. Always keep in mind this. You were the original owner’s idea. So, for sure you think in that idea during many time before, and during the current day of course you worked in that idea several weeks / months, so you know better than other the business idea, and of course it’s more easily for you than others change business perspective on the fly, probably change market or the original idea by itself, remember this, idea business must are always flexible but this point is applicable just in case of the real owners of it.
Don’t think in competitors. A commonly error is think in friends or business partner who stolen an idea as competitor or enemies in several cases. But, this is a big mistake, you must to think in them as another business line, but a good practice to understand than the idea comes from you, is talking with them and say something like “do you remember when I was told you about this business idea, congrats, you’re on the right way. I’m glad of you” this position always let's you in front of, and of course you’ll keep his “friendship” finally the idea is not get more competence, remember in business you never knows who’s your next’s business partner.
A word before to finish. Remember, the original idea’s creator was you, so you can do it more than a simple idea and you can work in new different ways using in your favor all that info that your friends or business partners could share with you at no cost, just watching them.

It is sad
It is sad but i`ve just googled it for a reason. In my case my partner exactly knows how to run the business successfully because we did it together in one state. The only thing I`m thinking right now is to sabotage him...I feel really broken-down because I trusted him....we used to be friends some time ago...money changes everything.
