A free internet social network made for brides, bridegrooms and friends around the world (the idea is focused in places such as Europe, ASIA, USA and other developed countries), where they can share experiences about planning wedding day.
The idea is to share pics, videos, messajes, invitations, music, playlist, thoughts, places and many more info about brides and guest around the world and how all of them are planning the wedding day.
Work in friendship relations between brides and share the knowledge about wedding day planning.
Our business plan is work in a closer relation between brides and the things who maintain relation with them
First step is to produce the network by itself with an ecuadorian professional dev team where we can take advantage about our knowledge in many areas, such as development, design, management, and of course work with it thinking about the whole world such as our market.
Our first step is just to talk about us in our blog and share invitations to use our network's beta version. This lets to the people talk and write about us in their blogs, forums, and other social networks so the idea is to be benefited with the word of mouth as our main ad strategy.
Of course if we mantain a free service, many people talks in bad way about us, so that's the reason why we need to develop an excelent product to be delivered.
Our network's users are men and women around the world who's preparing their wedding day, but in fact our market is all the kind of services, products and companies around the world who works in areas such as wedding planners, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, florist, catering services, musicians and many more.
In fact in a direct way we didn't have any competitors, just because there out isn't developed 'till today any social network focused in brides around the world.
But in an indirect way of course we have competitors such as Facebook or MySpace in the area of social networks, and of course around the world you can find many web directories and web portals where you can find a lot of advertisers, but in any case no one of them are our competitors
We let our users talk about services their using in the wedding day planning. Of course that is relevant information to be analysed for companies to work in their products or services offering better ones
Our main focus are brides around the world. Brides who want to share their wedding planning experiences --the good ones and bad ones-- whit the whole world using pics, videos, comments, app, geotagged places and many more info.
So, if you want to work in an innovative free social network, for sure the best idea is to work with one who wants to share the knowledge of their users with the rest of the world.
For sure, our best value in the middle time could be the info supported by our network’s users (pics, videos, comments, articles and may more), so that’s the reason why every day our social network could be visited by new user’s and advertisers who wants use our service or makes business
The Entrepreneur & Management
Actually this is just a single project, so I’m the owner and manager of it at the same time but the idea of this project is to create an organizational structure as a real company.
Besides, I’m and advertiser, and during last ten years I was involved in many companies such as designer, developer, project manager and IT architect. So I can understand the web and how it works, specially with social networks during last three years
Ten years of experience (working directly on internet's develoment), watching the internet movements and his evolution from static web pages to the dynamic ones and of course the old corporate websites losing his authority in front of blogs and social networks where the user / buyer gets the real domain of the truth, makes me a professional who can work in this kind of projects.
As I can see the things, If you can help me to develop this project, I'll be married with it. So I didn't spent my time. At least 100 hours at a week is my idea of a good project.
Development
Actually none of this kind of projects are developed in third world countries, so that's the mainly reason to made it in Ecuador, the proudly feels about to do this kind of things in fact is huge.
Besides, a man can't understand a bride's feelings so that is the reason why our dev and design team must be composed by women under the leader shipment of a woman. Women empowerment for sure is the idea behind of Engagement Day
