The Business
Agriculture, Processing and Equipment as tools for Ecosystem Management = structuring ecological and social environment resulting in synergetic life circumstances (Ecosystem Services).

Newest scientific views and technology on agriculture and processing and in close cooperation with local cooperatives and producer groups supported by a vast network both in Holland and Angola.

Local market - distribution by cooperating companies (in network)
International market - previous agreements at commodity prices
Local: supermarket chain Nosso Super (28 outlets across the country)
International: Rice traders (also investing in equipment and plantmaterial) and Biofuel traders.

The Entrepreneur & Management
1. Pedro Pais, 55, economist, Angola born, experience as board member in Portuguese construction companies, living in Angola.
2. Manuel Duque, 53, former Minister of Industry Angola, Visionary on rural development, now a.o. president board World Trade Centre Luanda.
3. Leonard van Biljouw, 58, former Dutch banker, self-employed 4 yr (financing real estate projects Portugal).
Besides characteristics above, being open to positive input from others and being able to cooperate.
Being an Angolan company in an international partnership, profiting of knowing both worlds.
PP and LvB full time, MD 50%.
Development
The projects are executed by Ecosystem Management, monitored by WUR, Angolan knowledge and ministerial institutes, Agriterra, Solidaridad, Rabo MVO.
Expected is employment for over 15.000 people in 2015 (direct, offspin) inciting local economy flywheel, improving knowledge, contributing to alfabetism, providing nutrition, inciting exchange programs with Dutch knowledge institutes etc.
