- Flexible repayment Period of 1 – 3 years;
- Grace period to cover project gestation may / may not be given;
- Equity contribution usually (40 %, variable) is required from the borrower;
- Repayment period depends on cash flows (but does not exceed the life period of the asset financed);
- Asset financed usually forms part of the securities.
