PROFESSIONAL EXPLOITS

As a field assistant, I magnificently managed the planting of most of the about 2000 (two thousands) Hectares of young rubber planted each year in HEVECAM from 1979 to 1983 some times working nearly 16 sixteen hours a day.

As compensation I was granted University Studies in the University of Dschang

After my University studies, during which I had very good results, I was promoted to the rank of Farm Manager in HEVECAM. Instead of directing one Division like my colleagues, I was given two divisions with more than 600 workers. My efficiency earned me in less than 3 year a promotion to the post of senior Farm Manager, whereas some of my colleagues have stayed for more than 15 years in the same post.

My professional exploits were rewarded by financial exploits. My basic salary at engagement in HEVECAM in 1977 was multiplied by more than 9 times at my departure in 1996.
