PASTEURIZED PALM AND RAPHIA WINES
The project consit to bottle pasteurized palm and raffia wines for human consumption.
these threes saps are naturally fermented as rapidly as its are extracted.so there are not way to conserve it. but the recent process, coming from the Agricultural research center of Njombe, littoral region, enable us to conserve it for 12 months , permitting at the same time its commercial expansion.We are the single companie now using this process to commercialise the wines and creates jobs.
to get the sap we buy formers palm trees, which are out of the processus of palm oil production, and ready to be renewed. and extract the wine, bring to our store and process it. For rafia wine we have only to organise the farmers who extract and collect it every morning for embottling process.the thing since we begun, positivly make noise in douala and yaounde, because people were not sure that it can be a reality, event my father did'nt acept it, i have had to make a demonstration.

Innovative project
Since i have lunch the project i 'm contacted every day to buy palm tree plantation to extract the wine. because when we do that, we help the owners to regenerate the farm. but there are no equipment material, no logistic material, no finance and others to hold this great business.
when the finance 's there, we can process any day 2500 to 3000 liters, that give us 1.7 millions bottles of palm wine for one embottling point per year. and if there are two or three points, how can we not satisfy the local and foreing market.
Even now whithout the certification, the demand is very important. we are not those who demand, we are producers.
concerning the jobs created, we are not excced nothing, the business is highly jobs creating business, directly and indirectly, till to the exportation. when the local distribution have a great job potentiality.
the collection of the product,the processing sector inside the company is not on the rest.
the public says that is a very great and innovative project, because there are no similar project, somebody says it is'nt a reality, and things that there are chemicals products added to stabilise the fermentation.
As others says there is not a reality : say where can we found many thousand liters of paml and rafia wine any day to bottle.
When there are any year thounsand of hectares of palm to be regenerate, then to cut and replant.there are also many thousand liters of rafia wine only to be organise and collect. and finaly there are so many jobs, and demand to satisfy by the product. it remain only to be organise,when hold finance and to make the business go up.
Concerning the certification , we are very consiencious, and we thing that it's not impossible, it's enter in the processus of general management.
