The Business
We produce young seedlings of improved plants and trees to sell out to farmers to replant on sites that human activities has detroyed the biodiversity.Our choice is on the rubber tree where we have three nurseries of 160000 seedlings. We have to establish nurseries of improved fruit trees,allanblackia the rich oil producing plant which UNILIVERand other stakeholders say that it is a new commodity that can create a muti million dollar business
Resource-poor households want to plant economic trees that can improve on their income while preserving the environment but they lack the technic to raise the seed to a young seedling ready for planting.
We will establish nurseries in many ecological zones where we estimate that the demande is high.
The demand is so high that we cannot even satisfy it

We are an organised group of qualified rubber planters with at least twenty years of working experience in large agro-industries ( C D C, HEVECAM) who have the technic to raise seeds into young seedlings.
The plant/tree planting culture is lacking in Cameroonians in particular and Africans in general.International organisations have been encouraging people to plant trees to no avail because they do not have the tree planting culture.They have been destroying other trees because they have no use in their culture but cannot destroy trees that are directly useful to them like the trees we are encouraging them to plant.
We will ensure the growth of our business by vulgarising the importance of the trees we want farmers to plant.
The Entrepreneur & Management
We are a Common Initiative Group made up of thirteen former and present senior farm managers and we hope to incorporate other talents as need be.Management and entrepreneurship is our speciality.
Our experience, knowhow and determination.
In my working life I used to work an average of ten hours a day from mondays to saturdays sometimes including sundays so I will do almost the same since this is the only business I have.More than 50 hours.
Development
Our business can create thousands of renumerative and independent jobs. The fruit trees,bush mangoes(Irvingia gabonensis),African plum(Dacryodes edulis),Njansang(Ricinodendron heudelotti) will provide food.The highly medicinal plant,Johimbe(Pausinystalia johimbe) etc. will be used as medicine,while the ornamental plants will act as shelter in cities.Allanblackia seeds will earn foreign currency while preserving the environment
