What is your product/service?

Clay bricks making by natural clay soil easy to find and the price of bricks will be cheap so it will encourage and motivate poor societies to manage strong house for their families.

What customer need/problem do your products/services satisfy?

Many people will manage to have strong house so the product will change the life of poor people to have good house and avoid several repairs and environment will change.

How will you make the product/service?

Production of clay bricks will based in rural poor area so it will be easy to market and advertise to the concern society I plan to establsh in Kisongo area, Mto wa Mbu and Njiro area in Arusha region. All these areas have poor societies who didn't mangege to have cement bricks house. they made their house with muddy that not strong resist flood during rain seasons. They used to repair houses several times per annum.

Explain how you will sell your product/service (marketing strategy) and how you will reach your customers (distribution strategy)?

These product are hot cake because will be in the proper area to the victims societies. so it will be easy marketing and to reach to the customers

To whom are you selling, what is your market?

I will sell the product to the rural and urban societies and contractors who need for building houses for their customers.

Describe your competitors?

In Arusha - Tanzania there are many bricks production area many of them produce cement bricks, clay soil bricks but all type of bricks must using cement during construction one bricks to another. Mine will be different with them will never use cement to join one line to another just to arrange by fixed angles no cement needed between lines.

What makes your business different/better than your competitors (competitive advantage)?

I plan the business after doing investigation through customers of my competitors many of them complain about high price of cement so they can not afford to build a house for peole who have low income.

What makes your business, your product or service innovative?

The products will be in cheap price, many people can manage to have own house. Many people want to fight against poverty so my business will help them to escape from poverty situation. In Tanzania many banks give loans to the people who have fixed assets like house, land ect. so the people meet qualification for bank loans will be easy to get loan for developing activities and satistify family responsibilities.

How will you ensure the growth of your business?

Tanzanians fighting against poverty so I am surely everybody needs to develop and majority of them invest in building house for the purpose of getting loan from the banks. These loan using in may purpose example buildings, Education, health, agriculture and business activities. Also society establish school building project, hospitals and other social projects all of these need to have buildings in low cost

What specifically makes you and (if relevant) your management team most qualified to build this business?

I can manage to build this business because I learnt and investigate the way of marketing and advertising trhough my competitors. Also I already found area for business which suitable to get more customer. I have knowledge of business and accounting so it will be easy to keep business record to know profit and loss. so I can supervise all running process

How much time do/will you expect to spend per week in the business?

Twenty one hours per week. One hor from Monday to Friday at the weeken and holiday I will spend eight hours for recording my Accounting Books and supervise the business in general

How does your business improve the local living standards (social and environmental)?

My business will help the local living to have better houses so the cost of several repair doesn't occurs several, also change the appearance of environment of areas to be millenium village.

The sociaety will allow to get loan from the banks so they can educate their children, gain new knowledge by learning and knowing benefits of house
- Reduce the number of jobless. youths will get labour works in the buildings sites.
