The need to properly include disabled people living in your community as clients.
Our products and services are manufactured by using the know-how acquired during 9 years of existence together with a technical team specialized in each action area.
Mainly aimed at supermarkets seeking buyers of this service. Within each company, trying to reach the people in charge of Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Customer Service. Looking for governments who support this kind of services in order to facilitate the adequate mechanisms for customers. Markets to venture into: first Argentina and Chile due to their proximity, afterwards the markets of the European Community and the US.
Our clients can be any company dealing with customers, mainly supermarkets, drugstores, department stores, banks, schools and universities, etc. ... Our markets are those who are concerned with social issues, in those countries where Corporate Social Responsibility policy stands out.
We have no competitors offering an integrated service with these characteristics. There are some institutions which have a deep knowledge about disability issues but they are not familiar with the behaviour of the disabled when it comes to consume products and services.
There are no competitors providing a solution like the one Blessit offers.
Our proposal is the only one as such which considers the disabled as customers with a specific need of attention, turning disabled customers into future customers for those acquiring our services. Likewise, all our services are directly entered as assets in the CSR balance sheet of those who hire us.
The fact that there is no other service of this type guarantees our growth and expansion, as the population suffering a disability represents on average 10% in each country. The company hiring our services will succeed in ensuring customer loyalty of this percentage, triggering a chain reaction, because if one company renders its services in an accessible way, its competitors will have to act likewise in order not to lose competitiveness.
