Workshop: The Art of Leading through Inspiring Conversations

According to Daniel Goleman’s famous article “Leadership that gets results”, the style of leadership coaching is one of the most powerful but one the least applied. This style rather focuses on the personal development of employees than on immediate work-related tasks and its impact on climate and performance.

And why is this style so inspirational? Leading through coaching requires a constant dialogue, and in order to create a powerful dialogue a real connection needs to be established between two people where there is deep and authentic interest and listening.

This is the essence of leading through coaching: to listen to and to empower and develop others through an open and continuous dialogue.
