d.o.b foundation is a Dutch private organization that focuses on structural development. d.o.b foundation connects people, ideas and organizations to work on a better and more just world.
We look for ideas that may help create opportunities for people who need them. We want to help realize these ideas, and we find the people and parties needed to make that happen.
Hence our motto:
As soon as an idea has been successfully put into practice or taken enough shape to fly without us, we withdraw so we can deploy our energy and resources elsewhere. Our efforts are finite by definition — our aim is to inspire and get things going in the early stages.
Our role in the BiD Challenge
The BiD Challenge perfectly matches the goals we strive for. Especially our guiding principle of Business & Care is strongly represented in the Challenge’s mission. That’s why d.o.b foundation is pleased to support this edition of the competition as a prize partner. We’re hoping for many participants and we’re counting on inspiring submissions.
