Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs to be Educated to combat poverty

Being a graduate of The Open University of Tanzania (B.COM) and having experience of about 3 years as an accountant in big company, 4 years working in different areas in Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs, about 10 years in production industries, I have ambitions to do the necessary to combat poverty by training young and women who don’t have formal knowledge of business.

Through my experience I found most of them doing business without even recording their sales, looking for market, they don’t even make good research to know which product/service is profitable depending on their interested area of business. These made them not to get what they were expected to get and prolong to get good return and hence difficult to combat poverty.
Also I keep in consideration that training must be going together with the availability of good study materials; which means stationery, textbooks and other services.

Since the government of Tanzania has decided to take all initiative for Economic Development and poverty elimination especially for youths. I think by this Center I will be joining my Government of Tanzania on its initiative of combating poverty in the community. This Center will be the answer to those who has ambitions to combat poverty. Business Training Center provides communities with ability to get knowledge about Business and all necessary materials.
