Philippine BiD Challenge Team, Philippine Business for Social Progress
I am currently working for PBSP under the Training and Consulting Unit as one of the members of the Philippine BiD Challenge Team and as Secretariat of the Consortium of Asian Foundations and Organizations (CAFO). I earned my bachelor and masters degree in Business Administration from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). My previous engagement was with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), a government-owned and controlled corporation providing technical assistance to public and private sector through training, consultancy, research and education. During my stint in the Academy, I was a Project Officer involved in various government programs and projects focusing on the areas of organizational assessment, change management, strategic planning, team building, and research. Some of the projects I've handled were: The Government Rationalization Program, Sector Reviews (under the Rationalization Program), Change for Change Leaders - A Process Support for NCC's e-LGU, and the Integrity Development Review (IDR) for the Philippine National Police. Through various projects, I have experienced working with donor agencies (World Bank, UNDP and USAID-EMERGE), national line agencies, civil society organizations, and local government units.
