Stawi Foods and Fruits is a start up banana processing and marketing business registered in May 2011. Our objectives are to produce and market high quality and highly nutritious banana flour, to make maximum use of local raw materials in order to support local farmers, to be environmentally conscious in our activities and have partnership with like-minded organizations.We propose to set up a processing plant in a rural area called Meru that is close to farms where raw materials will be sourced. Bananas will be processed into banana flour which will be sold to customers in the local and export market.
