Urban waste shall be collected and sorted into decomposable and non decomposable matter. The plastics and bottles( non decomposable materials) shall be grouped separately, transported and sold to national industries for the manufacture of usable materials.
The bio-degradable materials shall be composted into organic manure and sold to the more than 10.000 farmers found in this municipality. This will substitute expensive chemical fertilizers.
