GUV Nutrifries

GUV Nutrifries
GUV Nutrifries is a growth enterprise that aims to improve the living standard of no less than 306 families through employment, and change the unhealthy eating habits of millions of people. Its product, labeled “nutrifries,” is made from carefully selected bananas that are skillfully prepared to taste and look like French fries. This solves potato fries’ issues of obesity and acrylamide content, since bananas have fewer calories and contain a nutritious balance of vitamins and minerals. They are also an important source of fiber, so they provide the healthiest alternative to the most widely consumed junk food, the potato fries. The company plans to franchise at least 70 stores and own 30 stores nationwide, after which it will start franchising globally. For start-up, it needs at least 37 farmers to supply approximately 74 tons of banana per month and around 111 people working in stores.
