EVD
EVD is a BiD Network Investment Partner.
EVD is the Dutch government agency for international business and cooperation. Private sector development is one of our fields of expertise. We bring along our knowledge and network and we provide finance and subsidies to various initiatives in developing countries and emerging markets.
EVD & private sector development
The EVD supports various programmes in the field of sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging markets. These programmes focus on innovative pilot projects, joint investments and transfer of technology, knowledge and skills in both social and economic sectors. This is achieved through business cooperation and through cooperation between business and training- and knowledge institutes. Local and international private companies are encouraged to invest and play a role in economic growth and poverty reduction.
