As of March 2013, BiD Network has a new support center available at support.bidnetwork.org. The support center is aimed at helping you find an answer to your question as quickly and easily as possible. If you would like to read our FAQs, please visit the Forums section, which also contains updates on our online platform.
If you cannot find the answer to your question in the Forums, we encourage you to submit a request. Requests may be submitted from the support page, by clicking on ‘Submit a request,’ or directly from our website, by clicking on the black ‘Support’ button. Our team will get back to you within two working days.
All your requests will be stored in the support center and you will be able to access or resubmit them anytime you visit the support page.
